I help individuals overcome personal and professional challenges to create lasting success and emotional freedom. My sessions blend hypnotherapy, coaching, and energy healing to support growth on every level — mind, body, and spirit.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in management, training, and communication, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University, I take a holistic approach that focuses on each client’s unique story and strengths. Whether you’re ready to release past pain, rediscover confidence, or move forward with purpose, I’ll help you align with your highest potential and build a life that truly feels abundant.
My Story
I grew up in South Central Pennsylvania and currently live in Hershey, PA. My own journey has been filled with challenges and transformation. I began my college career in the late 1980s but returned years later as a single parent to complete my degree in psychology in 2004.
After graduating, I helped develop a mentoring program for a local non-profit organization, guiding disadvantaged youth and young adults as they built independence and confidence. Over the years, I’ve also gained deep experience in sales, management, and communication training, which gave me insight into how people think, connect, and change.
Like many of the people I now help, I’ve faced my own obstacles — from overcoming abuse and depression to rebuilding my life financially and emotionally. These experiences deepened my compassion and shaped my belief that everyone can heal and thrive when they reconnect with their inner strength.
Today, as a certified Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, and Reconnective Healing Foundational Practitioner, I’ve combined everything I’ve learned into a single mission:
To empower others to release the past, embrace their worth, and step into the abundant life they deserve.
