Going into my Reconnective Healing session as an already healthy person, I was skeptical (with an open mind) that it could do anything for me. I had completely underestimated the value it could have on my mental clarity. I had never been able to meditate for longer than 10 minutes (with much struggle) at any given time, but I was able to meditate in complete stillness for the full 30 minute session with Karen's help. The week afterwards has brought many solutions to ongoing struggles into view with such clarity. My ability to focus, as well as my energy have doubled. Also, meditation is getting easier- along with my session, that's another gift that keeps on giving!

When I entered the session with Karen, I immediately felt enveloped in a cocoon of warmth, and it felt like I was plugged into an electrical outlet. My energy has since increased dramatically, and I feel a sense of peace and harmony that I haven't yet felt in this life. It seems that where Reiki heals and clears, Reconnective Healing gives you a jump start, and infuses you with a higher vibration of lovely healing energy. Having suffered from depression for most of my life, this new feeling is one that I enjoyed immensely.
